I loved the easy access to the stunning sorento cathedral and the beautiful gardens at i giardini di cataldo, both just a short walk away made my stay so enjoyable and convenient for exploring the area.

The room was modern and beautiful. quite spacious for three! Heating was perfect. Plus, the taxi service from the airport was a lifesaver after our late flight.

Navigating the last few stairs without an elevator was a minor inconvenience. Noise from the street made it slightly harder to sleep.

The third "bed" was just two oversized pillows on a metal frame, which felt too cramped and uncomfortable. I experienced inconsistent hot water, leaving us to shower in the cold half the time. There was no daily room service, which seemed surprising given the price. a little upkeep would have gone a long way. Overall, communication during the stay was frustrating, with no key handover details provided and a lack of clear check-in communication.

Having an elevator for luggage was convenient, although the stairs were manageable. However, the noise levels from the street could be bothersome at night, and the lack of some basic kitchen supplies made it less than ideal for longer stays. The homemade Majorcan products available for breakfast were a delightful extra touch.

the stairs to the room were a bit challenging. but the huge bathroom with modern fixtures was fantastic! also loved the bar fridge and convenient pod coffee maker. great location near shops and restaurants.
